"Had an appointment at 9 a.m. this morning (Saturday 4/20/24). After numerous times confirming the appointment through text and email, I show up and no one is there. I waited 25 minutes and then left. I called the number, and there was no answer. Tried the door twice, while I was waiting. What a waste of my morning. Maybe if the staff can't get there at 9, you shouldn't make appointments that ..."
