"Dental Solutions of Roxborough performed dental evaluations and procedures without my consent or knowledge that weren’t covered by my insurance and forced me to pay out of pocket. They only cleaned out half of my mouth and told me I would have to return for the second half. I just wanted a routine dental evaluation and cleaning and they and my insurance both told me it would be covered."
