"I've had a variety of dental work performed here, not just cleanings and x-rays. Dr. Zeng and his staff are always professional and courteous. I was taken right away for my appointment. Getting novacaine is relatively painless and I have a lot of experience with receiving novacaine with other dentists and it was usually not a pleasant experience. Not so with Dr. Zeng. "Regular cleaning visit today, Friday, 7/17/20. (Had to postpone my March, 2020 appointment due to the pandemic.) Hygienist was very good and very pleasant. The dentist was busy with another patient when hygienist was through so I declined to wait for his final approval after waiting about 5 or 10 minutes which worked out fine for me. Going back in about 6 months for regular cleaning/checkup."

"First thing I did was to confirm that my appointment was still for June 22nd at 1:50. The appointment was confirmed for June 22nd at 1:50. I was instructed to arrive and stay outside make a call and wait for instructions and also must have a face mask. After the call I went into the office and confirmed that it was me. Waited for the Dental Hygienist to escort me to the exam rooms. Took temperature ..."
