She has been completely unreachable - "out of office, on leave, on bereavement, and now on permanent leave" since May 2023. This lack of response is entirely unprofessional. "It is all about the money for this office. Not only are they charging me for X-rays that I told them my insurance wouldn't cover and that I could provide them from my previous dentist. They said “don’t worry, we wont charge you.”They also used another office’s account to charge me. I have called several times attempting to contact the billing department and all I get is “they will call you back soon.” ..."
