"My hygienist is really nice but I felt like she rushed through the cleaning at all steps and as a result didn't do as good of a job that I know she could do. She seemed to skip teeth during the polishing and didn't floss all of my teeth. She mentioned that my gums bleed and that that's normal for pregnant women. "The office is extremely clean and attractive. The tech (Jennifer) and Dr. Molgard are excellent. The dental cleaning was not painful and Dr. Molgard has performed procedures on me that went fine. The reason I did not rate 5 stars is that there is an uncommon practice of payment at checkout, to the degree of balance after expected insurance. My other dentist office never did that and they still don't. ..."
