"Completely satisfied with the visit for the most part. The only complaint I have is I was told that my financing may be approved if I had a co-signer. I was given a number to call. Called the number with no answer. A message was left at approximately 3:00 P.M., with no return call. I’ll try calling again tomorrow but besides that I was very satisfied with my visit."

Everyone, especially the nurse that went over the costs and what they would do was very accessible. She told me to call her soon, but if she didn't hear from me in a week, she would call me. "I was a little uneasy when making the appt. With me not having been there for a year and a half and the person that I dealt with before was such a great experience and she did not appear to be there anymore. The pandemic did not help me at all. Upon arrival I was greeted, my temperature taken and I had to fill out a form for the pandemic. I was then xrayed and my teeth checked by a hygienist. ..."

"Staff and doctor were very thorough on what was expected after surgery. All were very friendly and courteous, as you walk in the door it is inviting and they offer you coffee or water. Really enjoyed Dr. Gillespie he is so genuinely kind and has a great sense of humor, I am looking forward to going back next month to see them insert my husbands new teeth."

"As expected, Dr. Joe goes above and beyond to accommodate the patient. My only negative comment is some of the staff can be impatient with the patient and, at times, this attitude can be very disheartening to the patient.
