"I visit Dr. Mai for my routine teeth cleaning twice a year. The office runs really smoothly. The staff always greets me with a "Hello, how are you?" or something like that. Dr. Mai and staff are always prompt. If my Appointment is at 10:30 they are always ready for me right on time, no waiting for 30-45 mins in the waiting room. I was in and out of the office in 30 minutes for a routine cleaning. ..."
