"The worst dentist I've ever seen. D. Ronald Owen doesn't believe in pain management, he gave me one shot of novacaine and started pulling my tooth. Most dentist would have asked if I had any pain. Or waited for the novacaine to work, not him. I hope he doesn't do that to anybody else."
