"Canceled appointment morning of because of their own clerical mistakes. Filled the slot. Wouldn’t even bother to fit me day off. Wasted an entire day of PTO. Now I get to waste a SECOND day of my valuable PTO to try and get a second appointment. Call staff is either hit or miss. One lady member who works remotely was helpful and transparent with what she could and couldn’t do and was very apologetic. ..."
