"I am going to start looking for another neurologist and become a FORMER patient. Phone calls consistently unanswered I've been calling them for two days now and have had NO RESPOSE whatsoever. their phone recording states that the wait time to speak to a nurse is 6-8 minutes That needs to be changed perhaps to 6 to 8 days, weeks, months years, a life time?"

"Super speedy visits but super long phone wait times. The CEO def makes the decisions which clearly stress the providers out who in turn practice as if they're running a race. Its not theyre fault that they dont have time to care, but the system at DENT must change to offer better care. Our family moved on to Southtowns Neurology where time is actually apent with the patient. Maybe DENT can work ..."

"Long time patient and level of service since COVID is terrible. My issue was with Behavioral Health. They did not call me in for an appointment for 4 years even though they continued to fill my meds. I even sent a message asking if my service provider still there. As soon as I need their services for a medical implant psych review everything was a problem. I continually asked to speak to office manager ..."

"DON'T GO HERE. 2 weeks of attempts to get anyone from Dr. Zhang's office or imaging to return my call has fallen on deaf ears. Approvals are in place but when I call, phone hangs up. None of my voice mail messages have been returned and this complex is filled with incompetence. I suffer from migraines and my family and I are deeply concerned by the lack of empathy displayed by Dent."

"Dent doesn’t deserve a single star!!!!!!! Olga is a great NP. Highly recommend her just wished she worked someplace else. If you need to refill a prescription GOOD LUCK!!!! They don’t let you talk to an actual person to refill scripts through their triage nurse (they ignore the messages) and good luck going through their website- messages don’t go through!!!! Guess it’s time to find a new pain management ..."

"I spent just 8 months with the company and, sadly, I should have left a long time before that. Director sits in her office with the door shut most of the time. She encourages employees to ask questions and not be afraid to make a mistake. None of the managers really care about their personality or professionalism. They give up on you before you can even hit the ground running. Awful horrible experience. ..."

"Absolutely worst neurologist around. Dr Zhang needs to resign. Has almost killed several patients along with dismissing patients who are educated and ask questions. My son rushed to hospital ambulance misdiagnosed by dent Dr Zhang Dr Quasami ... Patients aren't just numbers they are people who come to you with neurological problems. If Dent can't conform to accommodate people with seizures and listen ..."

"They literally waste your life. A family member was having textbook symptoms of a brain tumor. Dent treated him for headaches and refused to do scans. Finally was able to got a scan at a hospital and had a brain tumor the size of an orange."

"Terrible organization with little patient support. They make up incorrect information to make you look bad when they can't even find time in their schedules without taking you 40 minutes from your primary location. Then they have the nerve to warn me about a discharge. I am looking into seeking legal action, and I HIGHLY recommend avoiding this place at all cost."
