"Long time patient and level of service since COVID is terrible. My issue was with Behavioral Health. They did not call me in for an appointment for 4 years even though they continued to fill my meds. I even sent a message asking if my service provider still there. "DON'T GO HERE. 2 weeks of attempts to get anyone from Dr. Zhang's office or imaging to return my call has fallen on deaf ears. Approvals are in place but when I call, phone hangs up. None of my voice mail messages have been returned and this complex is filled with incompetence. I suffer from migraines and my family and I are deeply concerned by the lack of empathy displayed by Dent."

"Dent doesn’t deserve a single star!!!!!!! Olga is a great NP. Highly recommend her just wished she worked someplace else. If you need to refill a prescription GOOD LUCK!!!! They don’t let you talk to an actual person to refill scripts through their triage nurse (they ignore the messages) and good luck going through their website- messages don’t go through!!!! Guess it’s time to find a new pain management ..."

"I spent just 8 months with the company and, sadly, I should have left a long time before that. Director sits in her office with the door shut most of the time. She encourages employees to ask questions and not be afraid to make a mistake. None of the managers really care about their personality or professionalism. "Absolutely worst neurologist around. Dr Zhang needs to resign. Has almost killed several patients along with dismissing patients who are educated and ask questions. My son rushed to hospital ambulance misdiagnosed by dent Dr Zhang Dr Quasami ... Patients aren't just numbers they are people who come to you with neurological problems. "I love Dent. Dr Zhang and Sabila Shaw are the best. The iInfusion center is awesome. The counseling services are also awesome when all my conditions are bringing to a place I need to talk. "They literally waste your life. A family member was having textbook symptoms of a brain tumor. Dent treated him for headaches and refused to do scans. Finally was able to got a scan at a hospital and had a brain tumor the size of an orange."

"Future appointments are scheduled four months in advance. Then they call the week before to reschedule with limited options available. Now we arrive on time for our (re)scheduled visit and still sit and wait to be seen for over an hour."
