"First time patient who saw Dr. Asbury…for maybe 5 minutes. I went for a full body skin scan (last doc I saw was about 10 yrs ago so I was way overdue) and I spent more time changing than Dr. Asbury spent examining my skin. The assistant was a face on a monitor for some reason and asked me questions that I don’t feel as if she truly listened to the answers and the doctor flew in, spent 5 minutes looking ..."

"Had an appt with this office. When I got there my Medicare ins had changed to Medicare advantage & I was not aware. The woman at the desk was very pleasant but kept insisting I give her a new card. Which at the time I didn’t have. I was getting very upset & left. I got home & called my ins & found out that I did have a new card but had not received it. I called the office to explain & reschedule ..."
