"Absolutely horrible practice!!! We had been going here for years I requested my daughters immunization records for college they insisted she needed to be seen after I had already paid for the records only. When I questioned this as fraud and just wanting money as all I needed was the dates of her immunization they then tried to kick me out of the practice tried to force me to sign a form stating I ..."
