"Doctors are just ok. Customer service HORRIBLE. They cancel an appointment and YOU have to wait minimum 45 minutes on hold to reschedule 6 months later. They are losing patients and don’t care. Workers at check-in are rude."

"I wouldn't bother trying. First, they prefer online forms they never respond to. Second if you call them, the minimum wait time is 10-15 minutes. They no matter what schedule 6 months out. It is a poorly run practice that appears to run more as a chop shop."

"I like the doctors but typical wait time once you arrive is too long. Getting or changing an appointment is problematic. I have never called and been able to speak to the scheduling department in any reasonable amount of time. The usual wait time is over 40 minutes. There is an option to leave a call back number but don't expect a call back on the same day."

"No complaints about quality of care. Patient experience, however, gets a thumbs down. I had a scheduled appointment, but the office called 14 minutes beforehand to cancel it because the doctor was unavailable. Fine, things happen to doctors as well as patients. I didn't take the cancelation call in my car, and when I arrived at the office and understood the situation, I wanted to reschedule. ..."

"Just tTRY to schedule change, or confirm an appointment! I've been on hold for 38 minutes and have been "next in line" for over 12 minutes! Good doctors but not worth wasting our valued time."
