"The elkton office can be very hard to get a hold of a live person -it will take multiple multiple calls. You leave messages and no one calls back. however, my experience with my doctor there, Dr. Zhang was great. Also with the techs/nurses that do the different procedures in the office, my experience has been positive. Scheduling, getting things answered from your house can be a problem"

"Cancelled echocardiogram after we waiting in the waiting room for 20 minutes; rudely told the reason was they did not receive "verbal confirmation" of the appointnment. She had the wrong phone number which was "not our fault because you filled out a paper". I pointed out that someone may have made a data entry error AND the echo tech was sitting right at the front desk, obviously not conducting ..."
