"I returned to DeHaven In 2020 for an eye exam. I was treated unwelcome and the entire eye exam was haphazard and non caring. I have NEVER been treated so obviously insignificant by a doctor. Upon leaving I was told my appointment for the next year would be mailed to me. It was NEVER sent, nor was I notified by phone. I would like to blame this on the pandemic, but I can’t.
