"The therapists are excellent. The accounting/billing department can't get it together. On Google most of their reviews are stellar (because of the therapists) but also a lot of people with the billing issues don't want their name out in public. "Therapists are excellent. Accounting department cannot get it together and it ruins the experience. Even if you see a therapist weekly, they cannot simply send a bill with clear indicators of what's paid and what's not. You have to double check their work because it's often wrong. I don't know how a doctor's office has such confusion on a patient who has had the same insurance and same cadence of ..."
