"One start is solely for the jumping jack transfer I just went thru trying to make an appt at Dedham Med for an ENT appt; what a nightmare trying to get someone to actually listen and not transfer me to different departments, but to then not have anything for a month as an emergency, so therefore, I have to go to urgent care for them to then tell me to make an appt in ENT!!! "

"Plan on being on the phone and being looped around endlessly to recorded messages. Luckily they direct you to their online site....too bad that many of their elderly patients are not that versed in navigating the internet. Very unfortunate that no matter how fabulous the providers are the systems they have in place to support them are not at all customer friendly. BTW I did try to send an online ..."

"Patient's time is of no concern for this practice. It was only by my telling the reception desk that I had been waiting for quite while, I found out that I had been forgotten. Then I had to wait again for the nurse to visit me after the BP measurement, at which point I decided that enough was enough and I left. It is impossible to get an appointment with the PCP, unless you were dying and even that ..."
