"Came for tooth cleaning & evaluation. Because of a recent heart attack, the cleaning was deferred until I could have a cardiologist release me for this procedure. The evaluation was completed & a small cavity detected. Treatment to be deferred until the cardio release. I greatly appreciate the concern for my total health this process illustrates."
