Amazing skill, no pain had patience with my old scared self while they did some complicated work on my wee mouth! So very impressed with their competence and compassion !!"

"It wasn't enough for Dr Davis to ruin my bite by trying to adjust my teeth to accommodate 2 crowns her office did that were too short, now I HAVE TO HAVE A TOOTH PULLED FROM HER INCOMPETENCE She left pieces of metal from her dental file in 2 molar canals when giving me a root canal. An endodontist tried to redo the root canal but the files are too embedded in my tooth and kept breaking A person ..."

This most recent visit they made me feel safe and secure even with a pandemic. They treated me with dignity and respect. And they still made me laugh and serenaded me to the overhead music. I was early for my 10:00am dental appointment and with the new CDC guidelines I had to wait out in the car until they came out and took my temperature. They told me to get there early to get checked in, which I did and I called and checked in at 9:45am. After still sitting there after my appointment time and they never came ..."

As you know, that is not our general standards of care. We value our patients and their time and try very hard to stay on time but, in the medical field emergencies due arise on occasion. For future, know that we do not charge patients for running late, as you had stated. We would appreciate the opportunity to get you rescheduled. I will reach out to you. "The main reason I like Davis Dental Center is that they are on time. I had to wait about 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time today but most of my appointments start right on time and that is nice for planning purposes. The dentists, hygienists, and staff are all very competent and friendly...and fun! I really enjoy going there. Thank you Davis Dental!"
