"I called yesterday and made an appointment about having a toothache. This morning the pain was worse. I was asked to come in this afternoon at 2:30 but was told they would try to see me sooner. I got a call back and was asked to come in as soon as possible. Dr. Shepherd numbed the area around the tooth and set me up with an oral surgeon this afternoon. They are the BEST!"

They were booked out for at least a month, but offered to see me the very next day to address my issue. The staff was so so friendly. I was very nervous and was put at ease. "This was my first visit to Dr. Shepard's office where I was treated by a long-time friend and dentist, Don Romano, who worked me into his busy schedule. The visit was incredible in that I completed the paper work and was treated with virtually no wait and was out of the office is less than an hour.
