"I will gladly change the rating and give the management of this office the highest score for their work and attitude towards patients. They called me back that same day and we resolved all the issues with the time of the new appointment with the doctor. I hope the front desk girl will let me see the doctor. = this is a joke. Thanks for the work to the managers of this office."

"If I could give them negative stars I would! Surgery was scheduled a month after the initial diagnosis that a cyst on my back needed to be remove! United Healthcare and I called them several times in order to get preauthorization in order to have the surgery authorized; today is July 31, 2023, and nothing has been received by United Healthcare! The number of calls and messages are endless, and ZERO ..."
