"Please do not join this practice ! Ever since they were taken over by ProHealth they have been awful! Doctors are leaving the practice too! Dont' waste your time here! "

"I was a patient for more than 5 years. Prior to their acquisition, I LOVED the practice. My doctor was excellent. After the acquisition, everything went south very rapidly. My doctor was still excellent and very apologetic for how fast things deteriorated. She has since quit the practice. Calling in places you in a queue as the 5,4,3 etc person in the queue but "your call is very important to ..."

"I have been using this practice for many years and they were great - from the doctors to staff office. Since they became part of ProHeath, it is impossible to call them and talked to somebody. Sometimes you are able to leave a message, but most of the time you get " mailbox is full". In addition, every time they sent an order to Quest for bloodwork, Quest never had it. Horrible customer service. "

"I have been going to this group for over 25 years for myself and my mother. We both received excellent care. The staff has always been courteous, kind and polite. With any merger with a new medical company, there will be some glitches. The staff are having to deal with new computer systems, rules and regulations plus continuing to give the same high quality care. Please have patience and understanding. ..."

"Been a patient for many years, however since this practice moved their location the new front desk staff are not helpful nor are they pleasant. When I asked to speak to my doctor or leave a message for him to call me, I was told that was not possible and I needed to make a teleconference appointment. However I was told there were no appointments available. I have since changed doctors"
