"I have never seen a business more siafunctional. 3 hour wait for one appointment. Dr's language was horrible. Called my previous Dr a F'up yet gave a NP who took over the practice "a pass" for poor record keeping. Then they force you to use their pharmacy and make you wait 30 mins to an hour or more for medications. Dont get me started on how rude the staff is, or the nauseating smell of weed from ..."

"All I need is a neurologist. The doctor gave me a referral back on 3/20/25. As of 4/8…the Broad St. office doesn’t know how to contact an office that actually has a neurologist apparently. I’ve lived with this disease since I was 8. I guess I get to live with it a bit longer."
