"I like how thoughtful and friendly the staff is. They are Covid19 prepared and help you feel entirely safe. For my procedure they had all the details taken care of and they show they care about you as a person as well as a patient. This includes Dr. Howerton al his assistants and the office staff too. They are all efficient and encouraging! I highly recommend them!"

"I needed a wisdom tooth extracted, the upper right. The staff members I dealt with prepared you very well. Sierra, Dr. Hopkin’s assistant, explained exactly what I would be experiencing. Tami (hope I guessed right on her spelling), Dr’s Hygienist, who did the shots to numb me up was outstanding. I dreaded the shot in the upper palette having had those elsewhere before and she did it with minimal pain. ..."

"Walked in; signed some paperwork; dropped (per instructions) the pen I used into the basket on the floor (wouldn't want two people to have to use the same pen?). Went and took a seat. Chairs were not set up to "enforce" six foot distancing. Other "customers" were not wearing any face covering. After about a 5 minute wait my name was called. The office of Drs. Howerton, Hopkin, Kennedy & Clark always strives to uphold all CDC guidelines, OHA guidelines as well as OSHA guidelines, in regards to our policy and procedures pertaining to the COVID-19 pandemic. As you can understand, things have been changing rapidly and new outlines are being brought to light each day. Our office policy and procedure outlines that patients maintain 6’ physical distance between themselves and others. We have removed chairs from the waiting areas. Physical barriers (plexiglass guards) are in place between front office staff and patients. At this time, the guidance for patients to wear a mask, is highly recommended, but it is not a mandated law that we can enforce. We are happy to continue to offer for patients to wait in their vehicles and will continue to actively screen anyone and everyone before they enter our office, to keep everyone safe. We will continue to stay informed on current OSHA and CDC guidelines, as well as local and state recommendations. The safety of our employees, our Doctors and our patients is our highest priority.

I was always informed on what was going to be done for my surgeries and if i had any questions, they were addressed immediately. The surgeries were done smoothly and with great care and precision.
