"They lost my paperwork. They gave inaccurate information regarding tracking blood oressure. Last services were preformed, badly, in January of 2022. Expect to receive a bill for services by March 2022. Nothing received. They claim they sent billing statements out in May, June, July and August, yet only the last one actually arrived in the mail. Avoid this horrible place at all costs."
