"Now scheduling multiple surgeries to help with the permanent damage Dr Tellis caused by not listening to a patient's concerns,herniation another disc, ripping multiple places in hip. DA! DOC you are suppose to deaden the nerves before doing a nerve ablasion. 5 months now, constant screaming pain. DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE!"
