"Severely injured during nerve ablasion. Starting week 4 of crying and screaming in pain. "Dr" Tellis knew he injured me! Then they drop you knowing that no other dr can treat you while you are under "pain management". What a FARCE! These people are dammeddangerous! DO NOT TRUST THESE LITTLE POND IDIOTS!"
