"They are interested I'm making a profit and concerned about the health and well being of the patient suffering in pain. As soon as they asked what insurance do you have and Medicaid was the answer, they said we don't accept that insurance. Have good day.and hung up the phone."

"Last week I called to change my appointment, they sent back a confirmation with the wrong date. Today I called and have been on hold for over 30 minutes, you can't get thru to talk to anyone who knows anything. I'am on the verge of changing doctors"

I called the office again and spoke to an operator that put me on hold. 40 minutes later I am still on hold. The message on the other phone says that the office is closed.
