"I have been with Cowcreek health in Canyonville. And sad to say I have gone through 4 care providers. Not given any notice.each one was very good and was very caring.However it is very hard on patients to build a trust in a care provider when this is a on going issue that Cowcreek can't keep the care providers they have.the system is broken and not working well for the the patients!!! Please ..."
