"The person at window #1 needs to be trained in customer service. She is very rude and obviously hates her job. The doctors as a group need to address this problem. It is difficult to get an appointment or a call back.I came in for a pamphlet - was told to wait- I waited 30 minutes and was never acknowledged. "This must be one of the worst run offices in the state if not the country. I have been trying to secure an appointment for more than three weeks. I have yet to get a call back. I did find out they do not take my insurance. I said I would pay cash. I had my insurance give me a gap exception to get out of network coverage. Still no call back.
