"Had surgery by Naismith. After surgery had extended intermittent bleeding. Called six times, left multiple messages on voice recorder, left message with answering service, left message with office manager. No way to leave e-mail message in "portal"."

"The person at window #1 needs to be trained in customer service. She is very rude and obviously hates her job. The doctors as a group need to address this problem. It is difficult to get an appointment or a call back.I came in for a pamphlet - was told to wait- I waited 30 minutes and was never acknowledged. I got up to leave and a young lady asked me if she could help me. It took her 5 minutes ..."

"This must be one of the worst run offices in the state if not the country. I have been trying to secure an appointment for more than three weeks. I have yet to get a call back. I did find out they do not take my insurance. I said I would pay cash. I had my insurance give me a gap exception to get out of network coverage. Still no call back.
