"Sick that they took Neurology out because the big corporate company wasn't making enough money for them. You ended up losing a lot of patients. You don't consider the brain or neurology important well shame on you. Now we have to go far away to find someone else when you had the best doctor in Exeter."

"I am extremely disappointed that Core Neurology was shut down, giving patients 30 days notice. For those of us who need a neurologist - and Dr. Donnell is the best - 30 days is an insufficient amount of time to establish with a new provider without disrupting care and treatment. This was a selfish and inconsiderate move that did not take into account the best interests of patients."

"Do not waste your time. Nothing works correctly with this organization. The Dr's have all left and you only see Nurse practitioners. They just bill what they can to insurance and could care less about anything else. Their Patient Portal where you get to do all your own work like scheduling finding records etc does not work and hasn't for quite some time. Sure they are taking new patients. That's because ..."

"Requesting a records transfer is a pain. It’s embarrassing they don’t use Docusign and require you to hand deliver a paper copy of the records request. Respectable practices do not charge the patient to transfer records to another provider. Core Physicians charges you $15."

"Absolutely disgusting behavior by dr clark and his horrible assistant. Literally his assistant was super unprofessional demanding and threatening for xrays before he would even speak with me. I had xrays from Dartmouth and other doctors and I forgot them. I explained i could bring them into the office asap Due to cancer risk I didn’t want more and literally wouldnt even speak with me and meet me ..."
