"I called looking for a new primary doctor. A young lady answered the phone "Hi this is Annette" or whatever here name was. I asked is this Copper Canyon etc etc she said yes it is. I simply said maybe you could answer the phone Copper Canyon this is Annette. She said just a minute. Another lady answered and said sorry we can't help you, you were rude to the receptionist ."
