"I was referred to Copeland by Haley at Macias Dermatology because she knew I needed a general practitioner for further referrals for Lupas. Called on 10/27/23 and was told I had to come in to pick up a new patient package (which confirmed they were taking new patients). When I drove all the way over, the office staff told me they were not accepting any new Medicare patients. So much for “do no harm”. ..."
