"In the years my parents have been with Conviva Care Center or CAC I have never seen it so disorganized. Doctors are leaving left and right, Transportation does not pick them up at times. We need to call and reconfirm transportation more then once and still they do not show up. Appointments have to be reschedule because of transportation. You have to do your own leg work in rescheduling everything ..."
