"SO awful!! The staff barely ever answers the phone. The automatic phone system keeps you on hold and then randomly hangs up. I'm on my 6th consecutive call because the system keeps disconnecting. They office staff always swears they send lab requests and referrals to other offices but they are never received. The opposite is the same... they never receive requests from other offices.
