"While everyone in the office is nice/friendly, it has been weeks now that I have been reaching out about a refund I am owed for a procedure I did not follow through with (received second and third opinions that disagreed with the diagnosis the office made). I just keep getting the same blanket "we'll get back to you" excuse from the receptionists. It is to the point where I don't believe they have ..."
