"Absolutely horrendous experience. Scheduled appointment for an extraction. Everything was verified and ready to go. Walked in and the receptionist said this particular doctor doesn’t take your insurance. Then she lied and said we tried to contact you, complete BS, no messages were left, pretty easy to verify in this day and age. Looking into getting reimbursed for our time. "
