"Front staff for registration and check out are rude and have an unwilling to help attitude. Literally sat there ignored while check-out girls discussed their personal weekend activities for 20 minutes before they acknowledged my presence. "I have never experienced worse care and consistent lack of follow through. Getting my monthly refills for meds I need every day has been seemingly impossible for over a year! I inherited a new doc when my beloved doctor retired. I had been with the retired doctor for years without an issue ever! "Not impressed. Received a message my appointment was at 240 waited until 320 went up to desk they said the Dr.usually runs behind appointment was at 345. The girl behind the desk never said a word and was not very informative or friendly. I had high hopes going to Concord Surgical .They have a 3 star rating.Nect time I will stay with Laconia I won't have to travel to be ignored sit and wait."
