"Calling Concentra is a joke!!! I tried to call since the Doctor did not put his NPI and write out his name on the prescription. I tried to call 20 different times and just got the main line for the center that just rang, and rang, and rang, and rang. I was never able to reach anyone and was not able to get the prescription I needed filled. This is terrible customer service. This shows a lack of ..."
