"Horrible, i got injured was given a full duty return at initial exam i was happy, but sent me to pt and did absolutely nothing but made multiple followups. Tjen my followup 3 days later doctor wrote all kinds of restrictions that 2 days before werent restrictions and then was told i need to do more and more followups, and when i called to question i was told i was yelling and that 1 hour before the ..."
