"My last visit was very unpleasant. Extremely unprofessional reception. I had an appointment at two, and on my way there I realized that due to the traffic, I was running a little late, took my time and notified the front desk that I'd be a few minutes late they said, okay. But when I got there they said we are sorry but we took another patient, you can wait if the next patient doesn't show up we can ..."
