"they gave me a consultation appointment after waiting 2 weeks.I was suppose to receive injections for m y back.No calls.i called them twice after waiting 2 weeks and they claimed they needed to fax my heart doctor to first get me off of blood thinners before the injections.My heart doctors nurse said no fax both times.I went to another heart doctor and got cleared they said they wo uld send the fax ..."
