"In fairness to this practice (and to add a new review to someone's March 2024 one-star review), I can say I've been going to this practice for several years now. When showing up for an office appointment your wait time can vary widely, hit or miss, depending on the amount of patients scheduled that day. "Horrible absolutely horrible! You can’t get anyone to answer the phone at the baldwinsville location. Unless you want to wait on hold for 45 and then get sent to a voicemail where nobody returns your call. Never in my life experienced such poor care. Wish I could give zero stars! "
