"Horrible phone etiquette. The receptionist laughed when I called to say I needed an ultrasound and stated I was too young to need one. When she actually looked at the order she realized a doctor had confirmed two lumps and indeed I needed an ultrasound. I spoke to her manager and she said that the receptionist didn’t mean to laugh and it was likely just a nervous tick to which I responded “if she ..."
