"On September 19,of 2023 Me and my husband Lawrence showed up for my 10:40 appointment with Doctor Kimberly Richard....... She not once examined me and only used a stethoscope to listen to my heart..... Problem is I went in there with issues in my chest and explained to her and the nurse that I had trouble catching my breath, and she sent me on my way with out even running any tests to determine what ..."
