"Took my suicidal husband to their ER on 11/22/22 and protocols were not followed and he attempted for a 4th time luckily he was found. Then the medical records were altered, falsified and vital information they saw with their own eyes and the things I relayed, were omitted from the records. Now they are refusing to talk to us. Don't want to do the "legal thing", but refusing to work with us, has forced ..."
