"I have been going to the Ogdensburg location for awhile. I have only seen my primary twice because either they aren’t there or are too busy to see me when I am sick. I am now looking for another provider. Someone who will return my phone calls , someone that has time to see me when I really need a doctor and someone I can depend on. "Commmunity Health Center Primary Care do not teturn phone calls, do not offer timely appointments for accute care needs, even for regular Primary Care patients. Long wait time for appointments. Dental department Dr Zetino did not listen to patient concerns. Seeking other Healthcare after lack in quality of care from CHC."

"CHC of the North Country says that they are full service, and able to provide care and guidance to its patients. Do not be fooled! The Canton office certainly is not able to do any of the above. We chose the practice for 'one stop' care with physical, dental, behavioral, optometry and guidance in insurance and sliding scale fees.
