"The child was nice and polite but never cared about the work I do or what causes the pain. What happened to a doctor that got to know their patients ..asked what they do for a living and how they can actually help with that?? She didnt listen to a word i needed to say..or how I needed help. These kids think they're revolutionizing medicine but their indifference is destroying it. Zero stars again ..."

"My mother has scoliosis of the back, collapsed hip, two shoulders need to be replaced and she had been a regular patient for several yrs. Now, the receptionist Jessica, says she's not in their Medicare system and cannot see her. Mom found all her Medicare papers, gathered them and took them in and they STILL refused to see her.
