"They waited until I came unto the office to tell me that they did not confirm coverage of our insurance. Damaris said she called me an hour before to tell me. I then attempted to call my insurance because we do have coverage and the receptionist Emily said that I would be on the phone too long that they would have to reschedule our appt.
